The excitement for the upcoming Telugu film Game Changer is reaching new heights. Starring Ram Charan and Kiara Advani, this big-budget project directed by Shankar is set to hit the screens on January 10. With just two weeks left for its release, the film’s promotions are in full swing.


75 Crores Spent on Songs

An interesting detail about Game Changer has been revealed. The makers have spent a staggering ₹75 crores solely on the film’s five songs. The songs feature extraordinary tunes, lyrics, choreography, visuals, and music composition, ensuring that each track is unique. Under the production of Dil Raju, the filmmakers have left no stone unturned to achieve grandeur in every frame.


Highlighted Songs and Unique Features


“Jargandi” Song:

For the song “Jargandi,” the team constructed a 70-foot-high mountain with a village set on it. This breathtaking setup involved eight days of shooting with 600 dancers. Choreographed by Prabhu Deva, the song stands out for its use of eco-friendly costumes made from jute, designed by Ashwin and Rajesh.


Introduction Song “Ra Machha Machha”:

Ram Charan’s introduction song, “Ra Machha Machha,” is choreographed by Bollywood’s Ganesh Acharya. Directed by Shankar to pay homage to India’s folk dance traditions, the song features 1,000 folk artists. Dance forms such as Gussadi (Telangana), Kommu Koya, Thappeta Gullu (Andhra Pradesh), Ghumra (Odisha), Goravara (Karnataka), Ranapa (Odisha), Palka (Jharkhand), Halakki (Karnataka), and Durva (Odisha) are showcased.


Infrared Cinematography for “Nana Hairana”:

The duet “Nana Hairana” was shot using infrared cameras, which create vibrant and unique visuals. Set against the picturesque landscapes of New Zealand, this song captures Ram Charan and Kiara Advani in stunning backdrops.


Techno-Pop Track “Dhop”:

Targeting the youth, the techno-pop dance track “Dhop” is another highlight. Filmed over eight days at Ramoji Film City, the production involved three lavish sets. Interestingly, 100 Russian dancers were specially flown to Hyderabad to participate in this song.


Fifth Song as a Surprise:

The fifth song remains a mystery as the team plans to reveal it only in theaters. Shot against the backdrop of the Godavari river, the makers are confident this track will be a delightful surprise for audiences.
