Amid intensifying family tensions, actor Manchu Vishnu addressed the media on Tuesday night, providing clarity on the ongoing dispute within the Manchu family. He urged the public not to overstate the issue, emphasizing that conflicts occur in every family.
Incident Details and Aftermath
Speaking candidly, Manchu Vishnu shared, “Every family faces challenges; ours is no exception. My father was injured during the altercation, and my mother required hospitalization due to the stress caused by the incident. Manoj forcibly broke the gates and entered the premises, prompting my father to respond mildly despite the circumstances.”
He expressed regret over the situation, noting, “My father’s only mistake was loving us too much. We always hoped to remain united, but fate took a different course. Despite this, I still believe reconciliation is possible.”
Clarification on Alleged Attack
Manchu Vishnu denied any intentional harm, particularly concerning a reporter reportedly injured during the incident. He stated firmly, “We never attacked anyone deliberately.”
Police Involvement and Legal Response
On Wednesday morning, Manchu Vishnu confirmed receiving police notices regarding the altercation. He assured full cooperation, saying, “Although I am not obligated to attend a police inquiry, I will meet the Commissioner of Police out of respect for the law.”
