Madhavi Latha in Legal Trouble as Tadipatri Police File Case Against Her

The legal dispute between actress Madhavi Latha and Tadipatri Telugu Desam Party (TDP) leader and municipal chairman J.C. Prabhakar Reddy continues to escalate. After Madhavi Latha lodged a complaint against J.C. Prabhakar Reddy, leading to a case being registered by the Cyberabad Cyber Crime Police, a fresh case has now been filed against her in Tadipatri.

TDP leader and Andhra Pradesh Mala Corporation Director Kamalamma filed a complaint with Tadipatri police, alleging that Madhavi Latha made remarks that were insulting to her.

Acting on this complaint, the police have registered a case against Madhavi Latha under Section 353 of the Indian Penal Code, which pertains to assault or criminal force to deter a public servant from duty.

Earlier, J.C. Prabhakar Reddy had issued an apology to Madhavi Latha, admitting that he had spoken inappropriately in a moment of anger and requested her forgiveness. However, despite his apology, Madhavi Latha proceeded with her complaint, resulting in the Cyberabad police filing a case against him. Now, with Kamalamma’s complaint, Madhavi Latha herself faces legal action in Tadipatri.

The series of legal cases highlights the growing tension between the two sides, adding another layer to the ongoing controversy.
