Allari Naresh Calls for Better Support for Film Writers

Allari Naresh’s latest film Bachala Malli, directed by Subbu, is set to release tomorrow, with Amritha Aiyer playing the female lead. In a recent interview with Suman TV, Naresh shared insights about the film and his views on the industry.

He addressed why he hasn’t been producing films under the EVV banner, stating: “When people hear about an EVV banner film, they expect top-tier comedy.

Managing such content has become challenging. New directors struggle to handle even four or five comedians, whereas Evadigola Vadidi had around 40 comedians.”

He emphasized the importance of supporting writers: “Good content requires encouraging writers. Unfortunately, writers aren’t receiving proper recognition or fair payment. Investing in a good story and paying writers well is essential. The industry needs talented writers, and they should be encouraged.”
