Sampoornesh Babu Describes Sodara as a Laughter-Filled Family Drama
The upcoming film Sodara, starring Sampoornesh Babu in the lead role, is scheduled for release on April 25. Directed by Manmohan Menampalli, the film’s cast and crew recently interacted with the media as part of the promotional campaign.
Speaking during the interaction, Sampoornesh Babu stated that Sodara is a film designed to bring laughter to all audiences. He described it as a story centered around brothers within a family, aiming to entertain viewers through humor while also delivering emotional depth. “This film will make everyone laugh,” said Sampoornesh Babu. “It’s about brothers in a family, and it will not only bring laughter but also move people emotionally. Watching the film will remind audiences of real-life incidents,” he added.
He emphasized that Sodara strikes a balance between entertainment and emotion, and described it as a wholesome family film that everyone can enjoy together. Sampoornesh Babu further mentioned his interest in playing a role similar to the one portrayed by Upendra in the film A.
Actor Sanjosh, who also plays a key role in the film, shared that acting alongside Sampoornesh Babu as brothers was a fulfilling experience. He said the film portrays the emotional conflicts that often arise between siblings. “This film highlights the differences that can emerge between brothers. It will touch everyone,” said Sanjosh. He expressed confidence that Sodara would help strengthen brotherly bonds among viewers. He also noted that the film blends comedy and emotion in a way that suits contemporary audiences.
