Ram Gopal Varma Declares Allu Arjun a ‘Planet Star’

Controversial filmmaker Ram Gopal Varma has once again made headlines with his bold claims. On the eve of the release of “Pushpa: The Rule,” Varma took to X to declare Allu Arjun as a “planet star,” surpassing the “mega family” in terms of global stardom and remuneration.

Varma cited three reasons to support his claim:

  1. Record-breaking Release: Varma predicted that “Pushpa: The Rule” will have the largest release in the history of Indian cinema and will shatter global box office records.
  2. Global Domination: He asserted that the film’s wide release will make Allu Arjun the only “planet star” in the world.
  3. Astronomical Remuneration: Varma revealed that Allu Arjun was paid a staggering ₹287.36 crore for the film, a figure that surpasses any actor from the “mega family” or any other star in Indian cinema history.
