Allu Arjun’s highly anticipated film, Pushpa 2: The Rule, is all set to hit the screens tonight at 9:30 PM. Fans of the actor, fondly known as Bunny, have been creating a festive atmosphere around theaters since morning.
The film, which is releasing in six languages across 80 countries, has generated immense buzz worldwide. With a massive budget, the film has reportedly done pre-release business exceeding ₹1,000 crore.
The film’s star cast has also commanded hefty remuneration packages. Allu Arjun, who opted for a profit-sharing deal, is estimated to have earned between ₹270-280 crore.
Director Sukumar, who also co-produced the film, reportedly received over ₹100 crore. Rashmika Mandanna and Fahadh Faasil were paid ₹10 crore and ₹8 crore, respectively.
Sreeleela, who performed an item song, received ₹2 crore, while music director Devi Sri Prasad was paid over ₹5 crore.
