Police Investigating Social Media Threats Against Actress Nidhhi Agerwal
Harassment and threats against celebrities on social media have become increasingly common. Recently, actress Honey Rose lodged a police complaint alleging sexual harassment through social media.
Now, actress Nidhhi Agerwal has joined the list of celebrities facing such issues.
Nidhhi Agerwal filed a complaint with the cybercrime police against a person who has been harassing her online. In her complaint, she mentioned that the individual threatened to kill her and had been posting such comments on social media.
Furthermore, the actress stated that the accused was also targeting people close to her with similar threats.
Nidhhi expressed that the harassment has caused her significant mental distress, and she urged the police to take immediate action against the perpetrator.
The cybercrime police have registered her complaint and started an investigation into the matter.
On the professional front, Nidhhi Agerwal is currently working on two high-profile pan-India projects. She will be seen opposite Prabhas in the film ‘Rajasab’ and alongside Pawan Kalyan in ‘Hari Hara Veera Mallu’.
Both films are expected to release on a large scale across multiple languages.
