Kunche Raghu on Real Estate Decisions and Career Highlights
Kuncher Raghu, known for his work as an anchor and music composer, has gained significant recognition in recent years as an actor, particularly in negative roles in mid-budget films.
In a recent interview with a YouTube channel, he shared candid insights about his career and personal life.
Raghu revealed his approach toward financial planning, stating, “I have witnessed Hyderabad transform over the years, but I wouldn’t call myself someone with great foresight in accumulating wealth.
If you ask whether I’ve acquired properties, I would honestly say no. I’m not the kind of person who meticulously plans for such things.
However, I’m living a happy life without any debts and in a way that satisfies me. Beyond that, I must admit I lack the vision for long-term investments.”
He further explained how he missed opportunities to invest in real estate. “I currently own a flat that houses my studio.
It’s part of a six-flat apartment complex near Hitech City. Back then, I bought it for ₹5 lakhs. Two adjacent flats in the same building were vacant, and the owner offered them for ₹11 lakhs for all three.
At the time, there wasn’t even a proper road in the area, and autos wouldn’t come here. I thought, ‘Why would I need this?’ If only I had purchased them then, it would have been a great decision,” he reflected.
