Allu Arjun’s Residence Attack: The six accused involved in the attack on actor Allu Arjun’s residence have been remanded by the court. The incident took place on Sunday, when OU JAC (Osmania University Joint Action Committee) leaders Srinivas, Mohan, Nagaraju, Naresh, Prem Kumar, and Prakash reportedly attacked the actor’s home.
Following the incident, the police took the accused into custody and registered a case under sections BNS 331(5), 190, 191(2), 324(2), 292, 126(2), and 131.
The accused were presented before the magistrate today, who ordered 14 days of judicial remand. However, the accused subsequently filed for bail, which was granted by the magistrate.
Details of the Incident
On the day of the attack, the OU JAC leaders allegedly entered Allu Arjun’s property without permission. They threw tomatoes and eggs, broke flower pots, and caused damage to the premises. The group accused Allu Arjun of being responsible for the death of Revathi, raising slogans and attempting to enter the house.
Upon receiving information from Allu Arjun’s family, the Jubilee Hills police arrived at the scene and removed the protestors from the premises.
