Manchu Family Feud: Hyderabad Court Issues Gag Order to Manchu Manoj
The Manchu family dispute has taken another significant turn. The Hyderabad City Civil Court has issued interim injunction orders to Manchu Manoj, restraining him from making any comments about Manchu Vishnu on YouTube or other social media platforms.
The court directed him to avoid statements that could damage Vishnu’s reputation.
Manchu Vishnu’s legal counsel argued in court that comments made by Manoj in the context of the family dispute had caused distress to Vishnu.
Supporting evidence was submitted to the court, leading to the order restricting Manoj from making any social media remarks.
Meanwhile, Mohan Babu faced a setback in the Telangana High Court. He filed a petition seeking an order to prevent his arrest in an attempted murder case involving a journalist.
However, the High Court declined to issue interim orders and instructed Mohan Babu to submit an affidavit confirming his presence in Hyderabad.
The court stated that a decision would be made thereafter and postponed the next hearing to Monday.
